easing changes’ vision is to lever listening skills, energies and awareness for welcoming change and for integrating it in the long term. Our trust in the client enables us to truly listen to his needs and to co-create a common path based on transparency and openness.

Our work is built on the simplicity of its approach. We are facilitators, thus the client’s and coach’s skills are totally complementary: the client is competent in his professional field; the coach is effective in accompanying during the transition.
Based on this postulate, a proposition is elaborated with the client on the grounds of collective intelligence and ‘step-by-step’ logic. Furthermore, bearing in mind the client’s restrictions time-wise, we favor light and yet efficient means of intervention and we only suggest actions which we consider essential to move forward.
